Built to be used by everyone.
Healthcare information should not have barriers. Here is what we target, what we have done, and how to tell us when we have missed something.

What this means in practice
- Keyboard navigation works across every interactive element, with a visible "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
- Focus indicators are visible on links, buttons, and form fields (bronze outline)
- Color contrast meets AA on body and large text
- Form inputs have associated labels; required fields are announced to assistive technology
- Modal-style overlays (mobile menu, quiz focus mode) use the inert attribute so keyboard and screen-reader users cannot tab into hidden content
- Motion is reduced when the operating system reports
prefers-reduced-motion - Images have alternative text where they carry meaning; decorative images are marked aria-hidden
- The site is responsive from 320px viewports up to ultrawide, and zooms cleanly to 200% without horizontal scrolling

Report a barrier
Found something that does not work for you? Tell us. Send the page URL, what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and the assistive technology you use (if any). We aim to acknowledge within two business days and remediate or provide an alternative within thirty.
Email info@vivawellnessco.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test with automated tools and with real assistive technology, and we re-audit at every major design change. If you spot a regression on a page that worked before, we want to hear about it.
Formal complaints
If you believe the practice has not provided equal access to its services based on disability, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act: hhs.gov/civil-rights/filing-a-complaint. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
