What we collect
From the contact page and the home-page protocol-match quiz, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the answers you choose in the quiz, and any free-text message you send.
We also automatically receive limited technical information: which page referred you (the HTTP Referer header) and the campaign tags in your URL (UTM parameters). This is the same information any website receives by default. We use it to understand which articles and ads are useful so we can write more of what works.
We do not use analytics cookies on this site. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
To deliver the Precision Hormone & Peptide Therapy eBook to the email you provided, reply to questions you ask us, and follow up if Liliana wants to introduce a relevant new article or protocol. That is the entire scope of marketing communication from this website.
Service providers we use
- Resend · sends our transactional email (eBook delivery and inquiry replies). Your name and email pass through their systems for that purpose.
- Cloudflare · hosts this website. They process the basic server logs and DDoS protection data that any web host needs.
- GlossGenius · handles appointment booking and payments when you book a visit. They have their own privacy policy and we never see your full card details.
A note on health information (HIPAA)
This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). The quiz and contact forms are for marketing and lead intake only. Please do not share medical details, lab results, or symptoms through any form on this site.
Once you become a patient, all clinical communication moves into our HIPAA-compliant patient portal (Charm Health). Lab orders, medication shipments, dose adjustments, and provider messaging happen there, never through this website or generic email. You receive our full Notice of Privacy Practices during intake, which describes how PHI may be used and disclosed, and your rights as a patient.
If you accidentally submit PHI through a form on this website, we delete it on receipt and ask you to re-submit through the patient portal once enrolled.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers, social pixels, or session-replay tools. If and when we enable web analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting, cookieless tool (Plausible) that does not track you across other sites and does not collect personal data. No cookie banner is needed because there are no cookies to disclose.
Data retention
Marketing leads (name, email, phone, quiz answers, UTM tags, page referrer) are kept while you remain on our marketing list. If you unsubscribe or email us to request deletion, we remove your data within thirty days. Patient clinical records are retained as required by state medical-records law (typically seven years) and live in the patient portal, not on this website.
Your rights
For data this website collects (marketing leads, not PHI), you can:

- Delete it
- Receive a portable copy
- Opt out of all marketing email
For PHI held in your patient record, you have the rights described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, including the right to access, amend, and request an accounting of disclosures of your PHI. Email info@vivawellnessco.com to exercise any of these rights.
State residents
Texas residents. Under Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 181 (Texas Medical Records Privacy Act / HB 300), you have protections around how your protected health information is used, disclosed, and accessed. The practice's full Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at intake, covers these.
Colorado residents. Under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling. We do not engage in targeted advertising, do not sell personal data, and do not profile users for automated decisions.
Florida residents. Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (effective July 2024), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. See above.
Breach notification
If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators within the timeframes required by applicable law, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and the state laws of Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Iowa.
Email opt-out
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@vivawellnessco.com and ask us to remove you from any list, and we will do so within one business day.
Children
Our services are for adults eighteen and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Updates
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone on our list.
